Available for mobile notary service in the Fallbrook and Bonsall areas of San Diego County as well as the Temecula area of Riverside County..  

Currently the best days for appointments are: Monday and Saturday

Please call for appointment., appointments should be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance,  additional travel charges will be quoted when schedule is confirmed

Please do not schedule appointment before you have ALL of your documents available

Fees

$15.00 per signature + travel

Travel charges:
Minimum  $25.00  or  $1.00 per mile round trip from Fallbrook

Travel charges will also be confirmed at the time the appointment is confirmed.

Payment currently by cash or check only.

Identification Requirements

Identification Requirements - What to have available ?

Proper identification is required for any notary service requiring verification of signature. California recognizes the following types of identification as valid if issued by the state within the last 5 years:

*   California Driver License or Commercial Driver License
*   California Identification Card
*   A current US Passport

The following types of identification are acceptable if they are current and have been issued within the last 5 years:

*   Driver License or ID Card issued by another state
*   Mexican or Canadian driver license issued by an authorized agency
*   US Military ID Card
*   Foreign passport if stamped by the Immigration and naturalization service

All identification cards must contain a photo, physical description, signature and serial number.

I can NOT  notarize

*    Incomplete documents
*    Copies of Birth, Death or Marriage records  (Contact the county recorders office of the county of record for official copies) 
*    Documents signed outside of my presence
*    Documents if the signer doesn't appear to understand what is being done
*    Documents if the signer cannot communicate directly with me in English
*    USCIS Form I-9
